DELIVERY POLICY
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
- This policy applies to all orders placed through the website www.kimlong.co of Kim Long Agricultural Products Production and Trading Company Limited.
- Customers include individuals and organizations that purchase online from the website system www.kimlong.co
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Order processing time: 1 - 2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the date of receipt of order.
- For large wholesale orders, after the order is successfully processed, we will send a confirmation email or message to the customer before delivering the goods to the shipping unit.
3. DELIVERY METHOD
- Kim Long Agricultural Products Production and Trading Company Limited delivers goods through the official shipping unit, Viettel Post.
- Delivery methods include:
- Standard delivery: 3 - 7 business days.
- Fast delivery: 1 - 3 working days.
- Delivery range: Nationwide (including mountainous areas, islands, and locations where the shipping unit can deliver).
4. SHIPPING FEES
- Shipping fees will be calculated based on order weight, delivery distance and delivery method chosen by the customer.
- Kim Long Agricultural Products Production and Trading Company Limited will provide shipping fee details before customers make payment (unless customers pay shipping fees themselves).
- Free shipping for orders of 1,000,000 VND or more (applies to standard shipping method).
5. CHECKING AND RECEIVING GOODS
- Customers have the right to check the condition of the goods before paying and receiving the goods.
- If the goods are found to be defective, damaged or different from the order, the customer must refuse to receive the goods and immediately notify Kim Long Agricultural Products Production and Trading Company Limited for support.
TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY UNIT
The shipping party is understood to be the intermediary shipping units that cooperate with Kim Long to transport goods to customers such as: Viettel post, CHN, J&T.
Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days for the Northern region and 3-5 days for customers in the Central and Southern regions.
Determining the responsibilities of traders and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documents

Kim Long's responsibilities:

Provide complete documents: Kim Long is responsible for providing complete documents related to goods, including invoices, warehouse delivery notes, and other necessary documents as prescribed by law.

Order Confirmation: After receiving an order from a customer, Kim Long will confirm and process the order. Order information will be sent to the customer via email or SMS.

Information support: Kim Long will support customers with all information related to goods documents and delivery process. Customers can contact our customer care team for answers.

Responsibilities of logistics service providers:

Receive and deliver goods on time: The shipping unit is responsible for receiving goods from Kim Long and delivering them to the customer's address within the committed time.

Providing shipping documents: The shipping unit will provide necessary shipping documents such as delivery notes, handover minutes, and other related papers when delivering goods to customers.

Check and preserve goods: The shipping unit must check and ensure that the goods are not damaged or lost during transportation. If any incident occurs, the shipping unit must immediately notify Kim Long for resolution.

Procedure for delivery and provision of documents:

Before delivery: Kim Long will prepare all relevant documents and transfer them to the shipping unit along with the goods.

During delivery: The shipping unit will contact the customer to confirm the delivery time and ensure on-time delivery. Upon delivery, the shipping unit will hand over the documents and goods to the customer.

After delivery: Customers check the goods and related documents. If there is any problem, customers need to immediately notify Kim Long and the shipping unit for timely support.
*Note: In case of delay in delivery or service provision, Kim Long will promptly inform customers and create an opportunity for customers to cancel the contract if desired.
